Joe Holland

Joe Holland is a graduate of Utah State University, College of Engineering and the College of Law at the University of Idaho. Joe has been a Registered Patent Attorney since 1995 and has been licensed to practice law in Idaho since 1989.

For more than twenty years, Joe Holland has been involved in the representation of clients that invent, create, develop, manufacture and market their products and services. Joe has performed IP legalservices for five of Idaho’s top 16 High-Tech Companies for the year 2004 as listed in the 2nd Annual Guide to Idaho’s High-Tech Industries published by The Idaho Statesman.

Joe has served for clients in Idaho, the Pacific Northwest including California, Alaska and Hawaii the Intermountain West region including Utah and Nevada, Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, Madagascar, New Zealand, Turkey and China.

Joe Holland has been a member of the Idaho State Bar since 1989 and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
